LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
The farmhouse is located in the Tuscan countryside, just a 5-minute drive from the center of Siena. Alternatively, you can reach the city center by public transportation in about 10 minutes, thanks to the bus stop located just steps from the property. Guests wishing to explore the surrounding area can reach some of the most beautiful villages in Chianti, such as Greve, Gaiole, Radda, and Montefioralle, in less than an hour, as well as other famous towns like Montalcino and San Gimignano.
ROOMS
There are four rooms in typical rustic Tuscan style. Spacious and bright, some of them, thanks to their generous size, allow for the addition of a third bed. All rooms feature air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a safe, a minibar, and a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.
APARTMENTS
In addition to rooms, Podere il Pero also offers an apartment in what was once the stables. Upon entering, you enter a living area with a small, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and sofa bed. A hallway leads to the bathroom with shower and the double bedroom. Heating and a TV with satellite channels are also available.
SERVICES
The property features a large furnished garden with a gazebo and a common room with a fireplace. Amenities include parking, a shared washing machine, luggage storage, and a paid shuttle. We also have agreements with several local agencies that organize excursions in the surrounding area, including transportation for those without their own transportation.
