The B&B is located in San Prospero, a prestigious district located just outside the walls of the historic center of Siena. This guarantees tranquility and at the same time allows you to easily reach the Basilica of San Domenico, Piazza del Campo, the Duomo and the Torre del Mangia on foot in less than 15 minutes. With a journey of about an hour by car you can visit well-known places, such as the Val d'Orcia, Volterra, San Gimignano and the villages of Chianti.
The 6 bedrooms, with names inspired by Tuscan wines, are all doubles and spread over the two floors of the villa: one is on the ground floor, while the rest are on the first floor. They have period floors and furniture and are equipped with air conditioning (except in one room), central heating, a fan, free Wi-Fi and a television. All the bathrooms, which in two cases are external to the room, have a shower with chromotherapy, a hairdryer and a courtesy set.
The property does not have internal parking, but there are some free public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. The villa is surrounded by a garden with a gazebo, where it is possible to have breakfast, and offers a terrace, a cellar and a dining room. The staff is available at any time to provide information and guarantees the luggage storage service. Wi-Fi is free.

It includes sweet and savory local products, such as cheeses, cold cuts, bread, fruit, croissants, pies and coffee. Always available in the breakfast room a supply of coffee and tea, which can be consumed at any time of the day. You can taste Tuscan wines in the internal cellar.
