Il Corso is a B&B located in a sixteenth-century building in the historic center of Siena. It offers an elegant atmosphere with attention to detail and has five bedrooms and double suites overlooking one of the most elegant streets in the city centre. Guests are given a voucher to have breakfast in a well-known pastry shop in the city.
LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
The B&B is located in the pedestrian area of the historic center of Siena, 1 minute from Piazza del Campo. Ideal for visiting the city on foot, from its position it is possible to reach the Duomo, Palazzo Pubblico, the Torre del Mangia and the Baptistery of San Giovanni in less than 5 minutes. The Pinacoteca Nazionale and the Basilica Cateriniana San Domenico can be reached in 8 minutes, while the distance between the station and the B&B is 10 minutes by taxi.
ROOMS
There are 5 elegant rooms characterized by ceilings with exposed beams and parquet floors. The modern furnishings are combined with antiques and some rooms have a small balcony overlooking one of the main streets of the city centre. Divided into doubles, twins and Junior Suites, they differ in the size of the spaces and have a safe, air conditioning, a kettle and Wi-Fi connection. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower, courtesy set and hairdryer.
