The structure can be easily reached by car, just over 5 minutes from the motorway exit and an hour from Abruzzo International Airport. The Porto d'Ascoli railway station is around 5 minutes away by bus (bus stop 12 Chalet Bossa Nova, a 2-minute walk from the hotel).

The rooms, furnished in a simple and essential way, are equipped with TV, telephone, orthopedic bed bases and mattresses, mini-bar, safe, individually controlled air conditioning, electric kettle, bathroom with shower cubicle and furnished terrace, in some cases with sea view. Connecting rooms are available (for a group or family of 5) and solutions suitable for disabled people.
