LOCATION AND TRANSPORT

The property, a few steps from the beach, is located in the Porto d'Ascoli district in San Benedetto del Tronto. The city center is about 10 minutes away by car, while the Sentina Regional Nature Reserve can be reached in about 15 minutes by bike. The local train station is a 20-minute walk away, or 10 minutes by bus (stop 14 Chalet Amerigo, a 2-minute walk from the hotel), the motorway toll booth about 10 minutes by car and the 'Abruzzo an hour away.

ROOMS

The rooms are available in the Budget, Standard, Superior and Deluxe categories based on the size and elegance of the furnishings which range from a very simple to a more refined style. All have air conditioning, Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, telephone, minibar, safe, balcony and bathroom with shower cubicle and free personal hygiene products. The Deluxe rooms can accommodate up to 5 people and enjoy a sea view.

FOOD

The continental breakfast is served as a buffet and offers sweet and savory products including homemade cakes. At the bar restaurant of the beach establishment it is possible to have lunch and dinner. In the structure there is an honesty bar with snacks and drinks available during the day, while at the weekend a generous brunch (from 12 to 2 pm) and an aperitif by the pool are served. There is also a social lounge available to guests where it is possible to have take-away meals. Finally, athletes can request energy breakfasts and dedicated meals.
