The property is located in San Benedetto del Tronto, just a stone's throw from the Riviera delle Palme beach and a 20-minute walk from the Molo Sud promenade and the Museo d’Arte sul Mare; the historic center can be reached on foot in 30 minutes, by bus in less than 20 minutes (Chalet Sapore di Mare stop, a 2-minute walk from the hotel). The train station is about a 25-minute walk from the hotel; the motorway exit is a 10-minute drive away, and Abruzzo International Airport is about an hour away.

The rooms, completely renovated, can accommodate up to 4 people and are equipped with Wi-Fi and Alexa voice assistant, internal telephone, satellite TV, adjustable air conditioning, mini fridge and bathroom with shower. Some have a balcony, in some cases with sea view.

The structure has activated the Damaso Project entirely dedicated to rebuilding the hotel without architectural barriers. There are therefore elevators with speech synthesis and use of Braille both on the keypad and in the restaurant menus and on the door handles of the various rooms. The rooms are equipped for elderly or disabled people with height-adjustable sinks and mirrors, seats in the shower cubicle, retractable handles and suspended wardrobes.
FOOD
Breakfast is a buffet with sweet and savory products and is served on the panoramic terrace on the sixth floor. While a restaurant room on the fifth floor is used to serve lunches and dinners with meat, fish and vegetarian menus typical of the Marche and Ascoli gastronomic tradition accompanied by Piceno wines.
