DESCRIPTION
The CostAzzurra Residence is a 3-star family-run property located a few steps from the South Seafront of Grottammare. It has a swimming pool for adults with a children's pool, private garden and parking. There are rooms with private bathrooms and apartments with kitchenettes that can accommodate up to 7 people.
LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
The property is located in Grottammare, a few meters from the beach and the cycle path. Using the bicycle it is possible to reach the ancient village in about 15 minutes, while the nearby San Benedetto del Tronto in 5 minutes. The motorway toll booth is 5 minutes away by car, the train station less than 10 minutes and the airports of Ancona and Pescara an hour's journey.

The residence has a private fenced parking (100 meters away), an outdoor garden with gazebo, tables and chairs and a shared terrace. The ground floor of the building houses a bar with a common room. Luggage storage is available at the reception. The structure is served by a lift and is covered by internet connection.
