Description, location and services
The CostAzzurra Residence is a 3-star family-run property located a few steps from the South Seafront of Grottammare. It has a swimming pool for adults with a children's pool, private garden and parking. There are rooms with private bathrooms and apartments with kitchenettes that can accommodate up to 7 people.
LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
The property is located in Grottammare, a few meters from the beach and the cycle path. Using the bicycle it is possible to reach the ancient village in about 15 minutes, while the nearby San Benedetto del Tronto in 5 minutes. The motorway toll booth is 5 minutes away by car, the train station less than 10 minutes and the airports of Ancona and Pescara an hour's journey.

The structure offers double rooms equipped with free Wi-Fi, smart TV, private bathroom with hairdryer and shower cubicle, telephone, safe and air conditioning. The rooms have a private terrace with tables and chairs.
APARTMENTS
The CostAzzurra Residence consists of 32 accommodations of different sizes distributed over five floors. There are apartments with a terrace furnished with tables and chairs and covered by a loggia, independent air conditioning, smart TV, Wi-Fi connection, telephone, safe, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, equipped kitchen and living room. Two-room apartments are available, superior two-room apartments with two bathrooms, two-room apartments with sea view, three-room apartments with an additional bedroom and double sofa bed.

The residence has a private fenced parking (100 meters away), an outdoor garden with gazebo, tables and chairs and a shared terrace. The ground floor of the building houses a bar with a common room. Luggage storage is available at the reception. The structure is served by a lift and is covered by internet connection. Laundry room with coin-operated washing machines, iron and ironing board and iron are available to guests (paid services).

FOOD
Those who wish can take advantage of the buffet breakfast service, served every morning at the bar on the ground floor. There are desserts, cakes, savory dishes, yogurt and fruit. All accompanied by hot and cold drinks. Room service is provided upon request.
