The Residence Costa Smeralda is a family-run structure in Grottammare. Open all year round, it offers apartments of different sizes complete with kitchenette and equipped terrace. There is a swimming pool with children's area, bicycle rental and private parking.
LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
The structure is located in Grottammare, a few steps from the affiliated beach and the cycle path. Using the bicycle it is possible to reach San Benedetto del Tronto in about 5 minutes and Grottammare Alta in about fifteen minutes. The motorway toll booth can be reached by car in less than 5 minutes, the train station in less than 10 minutes. The airports of Pescara and Ancona are approximately an hour's drive away.
APARTMENTS
The accommodations all have an independent entrance with magnetic key. In each apartment there is an equipped kitchen, a small terrace with table and chairs, air conditioning and heating, safe, telephone, smart TV, Wi-Fi connection, private bathroom with hairdryer and shower cubicle. There are solutions on the ground floor and apartments with sea view.
SERVICES
The residence has private paid parking and an outdoor area with swimming pool and sun terrace. At guests' disposal a bar with common room, lift to the floors, Wi-Fi and agreement with the beach located a few meters away.
Children: paid cots and safety rails. Strollers, bike seats and high chairs for feeding are available. Shallow water area in the pool, outdoor games corner and entertainment on the beach. For a fee, pediatric consultation.

Pets: not allowed.
Disabled people: entrance with inclined ramp; elevator; rooms equipped for disabled people with aids and accessible shower.
POOL
The outdoor area houses the mosaic-covered swimming pool surrounded by a solarium with sunbeds and beach umbrella. The swimming pool has a hydromassage, waterfalls and an area for children with shallow water.
FOOD
Every morning a buffet breakfast is offered with sweet and savory foods, accompanied by fruit juices and coffee. It can be enjoyed in the dedicated room or on the terrace.
