The residence is located in Viserba, a northern hamlet of Rimini, a few steps from the beach and approximately 10 minutes walk from Piazza Pascoli, the center of the town. The station and the center of Rimini can be reached in 15 minutes by bus no. 4 or by car. The location is convenient for reaching the Rimini Fair, which is about ten minutes away by car.
