The 3-star Residence Sottovento in Torre Pedrera is a modern structure with well-kept and comfortable rooms, fully equipped apartments with air conditioning, balcony with sea view, internal garage, swimming pool in the garden. Pets allowed on request and with supplement.
LOCATION
The structure is located very close to the beach of Torre Pedrera, a northern hamlet of Rimini. In a few minutes you can also reach the seafront (Viale San Salvador) from which a bus passes which connects the area to the station and the historic center of Rimini (bus n.4).

The apartments have a balcony, equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, telephone, safe, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Studio apartments or solutions with 1 or 2 bedrooms are available, for a maximum of 7 guests per apartment. On request: sea view and daily cleaning.

In the garden of the Residence there is a 50 m2 swimming pool with 120 cm deep water. Around the pool there is a solarium area with 12 sun loungers. The swimming pool is exposed to the sun for 6 hours a day.
BEACH
The Residence has an agreement with Bagno n.58-59, an establishment equipped with games for children, entertainment service, pet area.
