THREE-ROOM APARTMENT ROME: measures 70 m2 and is suitable for hosting up to 6 people. It consists of an Ariminum studio apartment and a Fellini two-room apartment, for which it has a double living room with sofa bed, 3 bathrooms, 2 22" and 32" TVs and 3 equipped balconies.

The hotel has an agreement with the bathing establishment n.35/36 Adriatic Village which in addition to basic services such as sunbeds, umbrellas and cabins, offers sports fields (beach tennis, beach volleyball, five-a-side football, bowls), ping-pong tables, park games, nursery with changing table, entertainment, babysitting and themed parties with fireworks and giveaways. The beach allows access to dogs.
