Located in Marina Centro, it consists of two adjacent buildings: 35 apartments, some open all year round, some available from April to October and during trade fairs and New Year's Eve. The property is located in Marina Centro, the heart of the tourist area of Rimini, near the sea: the beach can be reached in a couple of minutes on foot. Bus line no. 11 connects the area with the historic center of Rimini and Riccione.
