The Wellove Residence, a 3-star hotel in Riccione managed directly by the owners, has been completely renovated and has modern furnishings, photovoltaic and solar-thermal panels, parking. It allows small and medium-sized pets.
LOCATION
The residence is located in Riccione at the beginning of via Dante, a couple of minutes walk from the beach.
APARTMENTS
The apartments have a balcony, living room with kitchenette (with induction burners, fridge, microwave oven, washing machine), bathroom with shower cubicle and hairdryer, living room with sofa bed, bedroom. Among the services available: 100 Mbit/s fiber Wi-Fi, LED TV in the living room and bedroom, electric shutters, air conditioning and heating, entrance with electronic card, safe, night sheets and a set of bath towels. TYPE 1: 40 m2 apartments with living room equipped with a bunk sofa bed.

It is possible to have meals at the Hotel Imperiale, of the same property.

In residence: strollers, bike seat and children's pool (both at the Hotel Imperiale). Upon request: babysitter and pediatrician.

POOL
Residence guests have free access to the swimming pool of the nearby Hotel Imperiale. Located in the garden, the pool is heated, has a hydromassage and is surrounded by a comfortable solarium area, equipped with sunbeds and beach umbrella.
BEACH
The residence has an agreement with Bagno n.113 (with beach volleyball court, entertainment, reading area, services for the disabled, playground) and Bagno n.117 (with heated swimming pool, hydromassage tubs, playground area, entertainment for adults and children, bocce courts, beach volleyball court and beach tennis court).
