Residence Filmare is a newly built structure located in Riccione and equipped with apartments that have every comfort, suitable for hosting up to 7 people; swimming pool for adults and children; parking on request. Pets allowed on request.

The residence is located in Riccione in a quiet area, less than 5 minutes walk from the beach.

APARTMENTS

There are 30 apartments available, each equipped with a kitchenette with large fridge, microwave and kitchen utensils, bathroom with shower, private balcony, safe, telephone, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, flat-screen TV, air conditioning and heating. The apartments are equipped with bed linen and towels. Daily cleaning on request.
JUNIOR SUITE: ideal solution for 2 adults with the possibility of hosting up to 3, equipped with a double bed and sofa bed.
SUITE 3 PEOPLE: measures 30 m2 and can accommodate up to 4 people, with a double bed and sofa bed.
SUITE 4 ADULTS: suite with living area and kitchen with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, suitable for 4/5 adults.
SUITE 6 PEOPLE: accommodation capable of hosting a maximum of 7 people, with kitchen-living room with sofa bed.

The hotel has 2 swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, garden area, free use of bicycles, lift, luggage storage, coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
PARKING: 30 uncovered spaces in the hotel (video surveillance) and outside, available on request. Free public parking in the streets adjacent to the structure.
