The White Residence, a 3-star superior hotel in Igea Marina managed by the Ricci family, is a new structure located near the center and right in front of the sea. It has apartments of various types suitable for hosting up to 7 people and offers the possibility to have lunch and dinner at the pizza restaurant on the ground floor. It admits small and medium-sized animals.
LOCATION
The residence is located in Igea Marina near the center and facing the beach, overlooking the seafront. The station is about ten minutes away on foot and the Gelso park is five minutes away.
APARTMENTS
They can accommodate up to 7 people. They include a complete linen set with bed linen changed every 7 days and towels changed every 3 (additional changes on request and for a fee). Final cleaning is included, excluding the kitchenette which must be returned in order and clean, otherwise €40 will be charged for cleaning. Each apartment has a balcony, LED satellite TV, safe, telephone, Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, air conditioning and heating, bathroom with emotional shower, in some cases waterfall or hydromassage with chromotherapy.
BEACHFRONT THREE-ROOM APARTMENT: with two bedrooms, living area with sofa bed for two people and two bathrooms, one of which with hydromassage shower and chromotherapy. Those on the first floor have a large terrace, those on the upper floors a balcony. They can accommodate up to 7 people.
LARGE STUDIO APARTMENT: located on the first floor, they have a terrace with an outdoor sitting area facing the sea and a bathroom with emotional shower. They can accommodate up to 4 people.
BEACHFRONT TWO-ROOM APARTMENT: they can accommodate up to 6 people and have two balconies overlooking the sea, a bedroom with the possibility of placing up to 4 beds and a living area with a double sofa bed.
TWO- ROOM APARTMENT WITH SEA VIEW SLEEPS 5: they consist of a triple bedroom, living area with sofa bed and 2 balconies with lateral sea view.
TWO- ROOM APARTMENT SLEEPS 6: composed of a quadruple bedroom and a living area with a double sofa bed or bunk bed.
STUDIO: up to 4 people, with double bed and sofa bed that can be bunk.
STUDIO PLUS: more spacious studio, with double bed, two sofa beds and balcony with side sea view.
PENTHOUSE WHITE SUITE: three-room apartment located on the 4th floor with panoramic terrace, 2-seater hydromassage tub in the bedroom, two bathrooms, living area and relaxation lounge (maximum 4 people).
SERVICES
Free use of bicycles, sun terrace, lift, shared coin-operated washing machine, theme nights, self-service laundry nearby.
PARKING: 16 uncovered and free places 200 m from the hotel; parking is available for everyone.
WI-FI: 100 Mbit/s fiber, free throughout the entire hotel.
AIR CONDITIONING: the structure is air conditioned.

SERVICES FOR THE DISABLED: entrance with inclined ramp, standard lift, rooms with wheelchair maneuvering space, accessible bathroom with shower.

LUNCH AND DINNER: guests can have à la carte lunch and dinner at discounted rates at the "Wave" pizza restaurant, located on the ground floor of the building.
