Milano Resort is a beachfront tourist complex located in Bellaria. It comprises four properties: Milano Hotel, Milano Simple, Milano Family Suite, and Milano Suite. LOCATION
Milano Resort is located in Bellaria right in front of the sea, separated from the beach only by the seafront street. In a few minutes on foot you reach the Isola dei Platani, the center of the town and pedestrian area with cafes and shops of all kinds. In a few minutes by car or bus no. 4, you can reach the center of Rimini and the Italia in Miniatura theme park.
ROOMS
The Milano Hotel offers a variety of room types to suit different needs, all equipped with 100 Mbps fiber Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a safe, telephone, and minibar.
BELLARIA ROOM: Three rooms on the hotel's fourth floor, accommodating up to four people in bunk beds. They feature a balcony with a side sea view, a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, and a 22" satellite TV.
GALLIPOLI ROOM: Located on the 5th floor, these rooms offer panoramic sea views. In addition to a private balcony with side sea views, they also have access to a shared panoramic terrace. In addition to the amenities already listed, they also include a bathroom with a shower and vertical hydromassage jets, a favorite newspaper each morning, a superior bed, a 22" satellite TV, and a welcome minibar.

ROMAGNA ROOM: Modern furnishings and warm colors, located on the first and second floors. These rooms offer enhanced soundproofing, a 32-inch satellite TV, a spacious shower, a balcony with a partial side sea view, a digital safe, a telephone, a minibar, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning or heating. They can accommodate up to 4 guests with bunk beds.
SIMPLE ROOM: At the Hotel Milano Simple, these rooms accommodate up to 4 people in bunk beds. They feature a balcony, minibar, 22-inch satellite TV, hairdryer, and a small private bathroom, some with a shower.
JUNIOR SUITE CAPRI: These are four small suites (14-16 m²) located on the second and third floors, suitable for two people. They feature an extra-large bed in addition to the amenities already described.
POSITANO JUNIOR SUITE: Located on the second and third floors, these suites range in size from 19 to 22 square meters and can accommodate up to two guests plus a child. In addition to the amenities listed, they feature a spacious bathroom with a rain shower, large box spring beds, an armchair or sofa, and a walk-in closet.
AMALFI JUNIOR SUITE: Bright, spacious (22 sq m), and elegantly furnished, they accommodate up to 4 guests and feature a spacious, exclusive balcony. They feature a 5-star comfort bed, armchair or sofa, walk-in closet, and shower with LED lights.
ROMAGNA JUNIOR SUITE: Located on the first two floors of the Milano Hotel, these suites feature a modern style but warm colors. Consisting of two separate areas to ensure privacy and comfortable living for the whole family, enhanced soundproofing and a 32" TV in each room ensure greater comfort. They accommodate up to four people in two separate areas, with the option of adding a crib. They offer two balconies with sea views and a large bathroom with a spacious shower.
SANREMO SUITE: Located on the first floor, this approximately 30 square meter suite features a sleeping area and a living room with kitchenette. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is complete with all the amenities listed.
SORRENTO SUITE: 34 sq m, elegantly furnished and suitable for up to four people. This suite is located on the first floor of the Milano Suite and comprises a kitchenette, lounge area, bedroom, and bathroom.
VENICE SUITE: 40 sq m with a spacious living room and private balcony overlooking the bathroom and bedroom. Suite suitable for 4 guests + 1 child.
PORTOFINO SUITE: on the 1st floor of the Milano Suite, this suite features a living room, bedroom, and a fully furnished 26m2 private balcony.
At the Milano Family Suite, families can choose from apartments that can accommodate up to five people. Both types have two TVs, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a telephone, and a safe.
GENOVA FAMILY SUITE: Located on the ground floor of the Milano Family Suite, these 45 sq m apartments are connected to the Milano Hotel and the Milano Suite. They feature a living room with a table and sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower.
FAMILY SUITE TRIESTE: Located on the first floor of the building, this 45 sq m apartment features two separate rooms and a large 10 sq m balcony. It includes a living room with a sofa and table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower.
SERVICES
Milano Resort comprises four different properties: the beachfront Milano Hotel with a panoramic restaurant, 24-hour cocktail bar, kids' club, and themed evenings; the 4-star Milano Suite with a breakfast room, cocktail bar, swimming pool, and "Fruit&Flavour" bar; and the Milano Family Suite with apartments. Amenities shared by all three properties include the Milano Suite's beautiful panoramic rooftop terrace with a 22-meter pool and eight hydromassage jets, adjacent to the "Fruit&Flavour" bar; bicycles for exploring (including child seats and helmets); weekly evening entertainment; an internet point with printer; transfers to the Rimini Exhibition Center; and services for children and athletes.
PARKING: Both on-site and off-site, uncovered and guarded 24 hours a day. Available to all guests.
DISABLED FACILITIES: entrance with inclined ramp, disabled-friendly elevator, junior suite with wheelchair maneuvering space, wheelchair-accessible shower.

FOOD
BREAKFAST: buffet in the sea view restaurant of the Milano Hotel. It includes sweet products with homemade cakes and savory products (cured meats, cheeses, bread).
LUNCH AND DINNER: typical Romagna and international cuisine served buffet style for both lunch and dinner. A choice of 4 first courses and 4 second courses (meat and fish) are offered, accompanied by side dishes, fruit and desserts. For children, the junior buffet is available with specific meals and everything needed to create the desired meal.
CHANGES: great attention is paid to the needs of children, celiac and vegetarian guests.
OTHER: the chef holds cooking courses to teach adults and children on holiday the secrets of Romagna gastronomy. Affiliated restaurants, possibility of requesting takeaway lunch to eat on the beach.

BEACH
The hotel has an agreement with the Milano Beach Club equipped with a playground area, entertainment, psycho-corporeal activities such as yoga, meditation, pilates, oriental dances. Each umbrella is at the center of a space of at least 12 m2.
