LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
The property is located in the center of Pescara, a few steps from Piazza della Rinascita and a 5-minute walk from the beach. The train station is less than 10 minutes away on foot and about 5 minutes by car. Using the car in less than 10 minutes you can reach Pescara Vecchia and the Tourist Port, in about 15 minutes you can reach the Pescara Ovest motorway exit and the International Airport.
