LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
The structure is located on the northern seafront of Pescara, in a seafront position. The Ponte del Mare can be reached by bicycle in about 10 minutes and the historic center of Pescara Vecchia in less than 15 minutes. Using the car it is possible to reach the Central Station in 5 minutes, the Pineta Dannunziana, the Pescara Ovest motorway exit and the airport in approximately 15 minutes.

The property offers different types of rooms, all equipped with smart TV, Wi-Fi connection, telephone, minibar, safe, air conditioning and private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and courtesy set. Among the available options there are accommodations with balconies overlooking the sea, connecting rooms ideal for families, also available with one or two bathrooms, and solutions with equipped terrace and sea view.

In the structure there is a 70 m2 room, the Belvedere Room, for the organization of meetings and work meetings. The area, which can accommodate up to 60 people, is equipped with a roof garden, overhead projector, video projector and recorder.
FOOD
Every morning the restaurant with panoramic views hosts the assisted breakfast buffet, full of sweet and savory foods. Meals include first courses, second courses and side dishes based on meat and fish inspired by local cuisine and Italian and international tradition. Gluten-free foods are provided upon request.
