The property is located in the center of Pescara, a few steps from Piazza della Rinascita. In about 5 minutes on foot you can reach the beach and the Central Station. The Ponte del Mare and Pescara Vecchia are about 10 minutes away by car, the airport and the Pescara Ovest motorway exit are 15 minutes away.
