The beaches can also be reached in about 5 minutes on foot, while Pescara Vecchia takes 15 minutes, or 5 minutes by car or bicycle. The airport is just over 10 minutes away by car.

The rooms present, with modern and essential furnishings, are all equipped with air conditioning, smart TV, safe and private bathroom with shower cubicle, hairdryer and courtesy set consisting of soap and shower shampoo. Some rooms have Wi-Fi and a balcony.
