LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
The property is located in Contrada Aguglia, along Provincial Road 24, in the Rigolizia area in the municipality of Noto. It is 15 minutes by car from Noto town centre and 45 minutes from Syracuse. From Catania, you can reach it via the A19/E45, then taking the SP14 and SP80. Comiso and Catania airports are both approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes by car. Among the most interesting places in the area are Palazzolo Acreide, 15 minutes by car away, Modica and Ragusa, 50 minutes away, and the Archaeological Park of Cava d'Ispica, 55 minutes away.
ROOMS
The rooms at Tenuta Aguglia, all with independent entrance and private patio, are spacious and bright, with sizes ranging from 21 to 39 square meters. They feature period furniture, terracotta floors and ceilings with exposed beams. Each room is equipped with a mini-bar, kettle with a selection of tea and coffee, TV, fan, telephone and private bathroom with shower or bathtub, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. The shutters are fitted with mosquito nets and thanks to the typical evening breeze of the area, air conditioning is not necessary.
SERVICES
Guests arriving by car can enjoy free on-site parking. The property also offers luggage storage and concierge service. Airport shuttle and laundry service are available for a fee. Common areas include a large garden with relaxation zones and a reading room with library and bar. Wi-Fi connection is available only in outdoor areas.
