LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
The property is located in Sirolo within the Conero Park, a 5-minute drive from San Michele beach and 7 minutes from the historic center. Osimo-Castelfidardo train station can be reached in 15 minutes by car, and the Loreto-Porto Recanati motorway exit in about 20 minutes. Ancona Raffaello Sanzio Airport is a 30-minute drive away.
