La Casetta is a vacation rental located in the center of Porto San Giorgio. Housed in a recently renovated detached house, it offers underfloor heating, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a living room with TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Small pets are welcome.
The apartment is located in Porto San Giorgio, less than a 5-minute walk from the Porto San Giorgio-Fermo train station and a 5-minute stroll from the town center and the beach. By car, you can reach the Fermo-Porto San Giorgio motorway exit in 5 minutes and Ancona Raffaello Sanzio Airport in about 45 minutes.
The cottage is spread over two levels, equipped with underfloor heating and Wi-Fi throughout. The ground floor features a bathroom and a living area with a sitting area, TV, and kitchen; the second floor, with exposed beams and small balconies, houses two bedrooms, a mezzanine with a fifth bed, and a bathroom. Bed, bath, and kitchen linens are provided upon arrival. Cleaning service is available upon request (for a fee).
There is no private parking, but free public parking is available along the entire street. The apartment has a private entrance and a security door. A washing machine is available for guest use on the second floor.
