DESCRIPTION
Hotel Lo Squalo is a welcoming 3-star family-run hotel located a short distance from the beach of Grottammare. Recently renovated, it offers different types of rooms, including family rooms, all furnished in a classic style and with a small balcony. It has an on-site restaurant, allows pets and offers free bike rental. Beach service available.
LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
The hotel is located in the center of Grottammare, a 2-minute walk from the beach and a 9-minute walk from the train station. To reach the historic center it takes 10 minutes by car, as well as to get to San Benedetto del Tronto and Cupra Marittima. In 5 minutes by car you reach the A14 motorway exit, while Pescara International Airport and Ancona-Falconara Airport are both about an hour's journey away.
ROOMS
Distributed over three floors between the main building and the annex, the rooms can accommodate up to 4 people. Furnished in a classic style, they all have a balcony. They offer air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, electric kettle with herbal tea set, minibar, smart TV, direct dial telephone, desk, safe and private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and courtesy set.
SERVICES
Those arriving by car will easily find free street parking near the structure. Concierge service and luggage storage are available at reception. The common areas available to guests consist of a room with sofas, TV and tables, a furnished open-air porch and external relaxation areas.
