The hotel is located in Gabicce Mare in a panoramic area, surrounded by the greenery of the San Bartolo natural park. It is a few minutes walk from the beach and the town centre.

ROOMS

The hotel offers four types of rooms, which differ in size and amenities offered.
SMERALDO: 21 square meters, located on the poolside, features a large balcony with side sea views, a 32" TV with SKY channels, a safe, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Turndown service is included in the afternoon.

SAPPHIRE: 23 square meters, overlooking the garden and featuring a balcony with partial sea views, a 32-inch TV with SKY channels, a safe, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Additional amenities include a fresh fruit basket upon arrival, a pool towel, your favorite newspaper each morning (available at reception), soft drinks from the minibar, a small tea and coffee corner, and afternoon turndown service.

DIAMANTE: 22 square meters with a balcony overlooking the sea, soundproofing, and a host of exclusive amenities: air conditioning, a 32-inch TV with SKY channels, a telephone, a minibar, a safe, and a bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and scales. Includes: a fresh fruit basket and a bottle of Prosecco upon arrival, your favorite newspaper each morning (available at reception), a bathrobe, a pool towel, breakfast in your room upon request, soft drinks from the minibar, a small tea and coffee corner, and an afternoon refreshment. City e-bikes available (reservation required).

FAMILY ROOM: 40 sq m, overlooking the pool and consisting of two connecting rooms with a balcony offering a side sea view. Each room has air conditioning, a minibar, a 32" TV with SKY channels, a hairdryer, and a safe. Afternoon turndown service is available.

SERVICES

Outdoor swimming pool with heated hot tub, wellness area with sauna and massages, garden, free city bikes (subject to availability), reading room, meeting room, elevator, fitness area with Technogym spinning machines, bar with satellite TV and Sky package, billiards room, and burraco room. Guests also have access to beach towels (for a fee), laundry (for a fee), themed evenings, and the possibility of remote working spaces. Upon request (for a fee): transfer service to/from stations and airports; boat trips; cultural and food and wine excursions.

PARKING: Covered, private parking adjacent to the hotel, available for a fee. Electric vehicle charging station (upon request, for a fee).

PET: Allowed upon request and subject to availability.

KITCHEN

BREAKFAST: A buffet, served in the garden or poolside, with a wide selection of homemade cakes, pastries, pancakes, brioches, and various breads. Cured meats, cheeses, and eggs round out the offerings, along with a corner dedicated to organic products and gluten-free options. Hot drinks are served at your table with express service.

DINNER: Buffet with a selection of appetizers, a choice of three first courses, and three second courses (meat, fish, and vegetarian), accompanied by an extensive wine list. The menu also includes homemade pastries, desserts, fruit tarts, and sorbets.

CHANGES: Upon request, a gluten-free menu is available for guests with gluten intolerances (surcharge applies). We also cater to allergies and other food intolerances.

CHILDREN

In the hotel: children's pool, bicycles with child seats. Upon request, for a fee: pediatrician and babysitter.

POOL

The outdoor swimming pool is made up of a 98 m2 pool, a 12 m2 children's pool and a 12-seater heated hydromassage tub, 9 m2 large and equipped with a waterfall for neck massage. Around the pools there is a solarium area equipped with beach umbrella and sunbeds.

WELLNESS CENTER

The hotel's wellness area features a Finnish sauna, a massage cabin, and a spinning area in the garden.

SPORT

Cycling: secure storage for 80 bicycles with video surveillance, a workshop for small repairs, maps and routes, expert guides, dedicated tours and packages, bike and e-bike rental, laundry for technical clothing, bike lunch until :00 (in April, May, June, and September), traditional lunches and tastings, a spinning area with Technogym equipment, a massage therapist, and much more.

Golf: Green Fee reservations, special packages for golfers and companions.

Tennis: Special agreements with the Gabicce Tennis Club, which offers four courts (two clay and two synthetic) just 20 meters from the hotel. Instructors are available for lessons at all levels. Tennis courts can be booked.

Motorcycling: covered parking for motorcycles, shoe drying in case of rain.

BEACH

The structure has an agreement with Bagni n.34/35, Bagno n.36 and Bagno n.42/44. The hotel offers a shuttle service to return to the hotel, beach towels on request and for a fee.
