Seebay Hotel is a refined 4-star hotel located in Portonovo, in the province of Ancona, along the Conero Riviera. The structure, immersed in the Horse Chestnut Park, offers rooms and suites that can accommodate up to 5 people, also equipped for guests with disabilities. Equipped with an outdoor swimming pool with solarium area, internal restaurant, wellness center and large meeting rooms, it offers free parking and accepts animals of all sizes.
LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
The hotel is located in Portonovo, inside the Conero Park, about 20 minutes by car from Ancona station and half an hour from Ancona-Falconara airport, which can also be reached with a paid private shuttle service. The nearest beach is located a few minutes' walk away, while in 5 and 10 minutes respectively you arrive at the Napoleonic Fort and the Church of Santa Maria, in a suggestive position overlooking the sea.
ROOMS
The accommodations, divided between rooms and suites, can accommodate up to 5 people and are distinguished by a modern, minimalist and refined style. All are non-smoking and equipped with a flat-screen TV with Sky channels, air conditioning, safe, minibar and private bathroom with shower and/or bathtub, hairdryer and personal hygiene products. The higher-level solutions have large furnished balconies, while the most exclusive accommodation offers two bedrooms, an area with a glass ceiling and a private wellness area with a jacuzzi and Turkish bath.

For guests arriving by car, a large outdoor car park and a secure garage are available. There is also a charging station for electric vehicles. The reception, open 24 hours a day, provides concierge service and luggage storage. The shared spaces include various outdoor areas furnished with tables, armchairs and sofas, the solarium terrace and the poolside lounge bar. For a fee it is possible to request a private transfer from the airport or for personalized excursions.

3 meeting rooms are available for various types of corporate events: the Torre Room with a 20-seat table, the Chiesetta Room, modular (stall-style, horseshoe layout, etc.), up to 70 seats, and the large Auditorium capable of accommodate up to 270 seats, equipped with amplification and control room with interpreters' station. As additional space for conferences, wired broadcasts, exhibition events and banquets, a multifunctional hall with a capacity of 400 seats is also available. Catering/banqueting service on request.
FOOD
Breakfast, served as a buffet in the bright dedicated room, is continental and offers sweet, savory, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. You can request it in your room or consume it by the pool. The internal La Fonte restaurant, also open to customers who are not staying in the hotel, offers an à la carte menu with traditional Marche dishes prepared with seasonal local products. In summer it is possible to dine under the external pergola overlooking the bay.
