Family-friendly offers in the Lidi Ravennati area

Frequently asked questions about family plan offers at hotels in the Lidi Ravennati area

What does “Family Plan” mean?

The Family Plan is a promotion designed to reduce the overall cost of your stay when traveling with children. A common formula is 2 adults + 2 children = 3 rooms , while other offers include percentage discounts or special terms based on the children's ages. However, there is no single Family Plan: the number of people, age, accommodation, and validity period are determined by the individual hotel (Family Plan offers in the Lidi Ravennati).

What are the most common age groups for children's discounts?

The largest discounts are often applied to children up to 12 years old, while some promotions may also include discounts for children up to 16 years old. The thresholds are not the same for all hotels, and percentages may vary based on age. When comparing two offers, it is therefore important to always indicate the children's exact ages.

Is the Family Plan only valid for quadruple rooms?

Not necessarily. The promotion may be associated with different accommodations suited to the number of guests, but we cannot assume that it is automatically valid for triple, quadruple, connecting, or family rooms. The required configuration depends on the offer conditions and the hotel's available rooms.

Are there all-inclusive Family Plan deals available?

Yes, the Family Plan can also be offered in conjunction with the All Inclusive package. In the Lidi Ravennati area, this option is available in approximately 68% of the selected hotels and generally includes full board, drinks with meals, and beach service. It may be worthwhile for families to compare the overall package price with other options, considering both the child discount and the services actually included.

Do the hotels have special amenities for those traveling with small children?

Some properties may offer cribs, bed rails, high chairs, or other baby-friendly amenities, but the services available vary from hotel to hotel. In the Lidi Ravennati, approximately 40% of the selection is classified as Family Hotels. This feature can help identify family-friendly properties, but it doesn't automatically guarantee the availability of every single service, such as bottle warmers, kitchenettes, baby food, or flexible meal times. You can find all the hotels with specific child-friendly amenities listed on the Family Hotels in the Lidi Ravennati page.

Are the Lidi Ravennati suitable for families?

The Lidi Ravennati offer a vacation that combines sea, outdoor activities, pine forests, and visits to Ravenna, with nine resorts spread along approximately 35 km of coastline. For a family, the choice of Lido and hotel may depend primarily on the distance to the beach, the available accommodation, the food and beverage options, and the amenities suitable for the children's ages.

Can I find deals for large families?

Yes, there may be special offers for families with three or more children, but conditions and available accommodations depend on the hotel. In this case, it's especially important to compare the price of the entire stay and not just the discount percentage, because the number and ages of children, bed layout, possible need for multiple rooms, and the chosen board and board type all play a role.

Are the Family Plan and Kids Free the same offer?

No, with the Family Plan, the benefit is generally calculated for the entire family, for example, using the formula 2 adults + 2 children = 3 shares. A " Children Stay Free" offer, on the other hand, provides free accommodation for one or more children under the conditions specified by the hotel. Age, number of children, period, and accommodation may differ between the two promotions.

How do I compare two Family Plan offers?

The most useful comparison is the total price for the whole family, using the same dates, the same number of people, and the exact ages of the children. You should also consider the board, accommodation, and included services: a seemingly more expensive offer may include full board, drinks, or beach access, while another may include a more basic package.

Can the age of the children change the price of the Family Plan?

Yes, it's one of the factors that can most impact the promotion. The same hotel may offer different free or discounted rates for different age groups, so two families with the same number of members may receive different quotes. Therefore, it's important to specify the age of each child in the request.

Is the Family Plan or a child discount better?

It depends on the family's composition. The Family Plan may be attractive when the promotion reduces the overall cost of the family, while an individual discount on the third or fourth bed may be more suitable for other configurations. The easiest way to compare them is to calculate how much the family pays overall with each plan.

What do I need to indicate to request a Family Plan quote?

It's helpful to provide the dates of your stay, the number of adults, the number and ages of children, and your preferred meal plan. If you require a cot, connecting rooms, multiple rooms, or a specific bed arrangement, please specify this in your request: this information can impact both the available accommodations and the terms of the promotion.
