The hotel is located in the pine grove of Zadina, a seaside resort north of Cesenatico. The beach and the sea are just a few steps away, past the pine grove.

There are 3 different types of rooms available, some located in the main building of the hotel, others in the annex, connected to the hotel by a large glazed corridor on the first floor. All rooms have been renovated and are equipped with air conditioning, safe, telephone, satellite TV, private bathroom with shower, courtesy set and hairdryer.
CLASSIC: there are 12, located in the hotel annex and distributed half on the ground floor and half on the first floor. These rooms have all the listed facilities.
CENTRAL SUPERIOR: they are located in the main building of the hotel on the first and second floors. These rooms overlook the courtyard and have a balcony and completely renovated bathrooms with shower box.
SUPERIOR PINETA: they are located in the central body of the hotel on the first and second floor, they offer a balcony with a view of the pine grove and all the services already present in the central superior.
FAMILIES: family and connecting rooms available.
SERVICES
Swimming pool surrounded by solarium, large equipped garden, hall with reading room and bar, lift, laundry and luggage storage, welcome drink. The property offers services for cyclists and organizes theme nights.
