The Belvedere Vista Residence is accessible to people with disabilities and has a solarium terrace, outdoor parking, garage, fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi and coin-operated laundry. It offers the possibility to choose between two-room apartments facing the sea or with a sea view and a penthouse facing the sea. It accepts pets of all sizes, which also have access to the affiliated bathing establishments.
LOCATION
The structure is located directly on the beach of Viserbella, a quiet hamlet north of Rimini full of shops, children's playgrounds, cycle paths and equipped beaches.
APARTMENTS
You can choose between two-room apartments with sea view or sea front and penthouse facing the sea. All apartments are equipped with TV, 200 Mbit/s fiber Wi-Fi. Bath and bed linen can be rented (it is advisable to request it at the time of booking), final cleaning is subject to a fee and it is possible to request daily cleaning.
TWO-ROOM APARTMENT: composed of a double bedroom with the possibility of adding a third bed, kitchen with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and large balcony. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery.
SEA FRONT PENTHOUSE: on the top floor with sea view, it consists of 2 double bedrooms with the possibility of adding a third bed, bathroom with shower and kitchen. It has 3 balconies: one with a sea view in the kitchen and two with a sea view in the bedrooms.

Solarium terrace, lift, coin-operated washing machine.
PARKING: on request, uncovered parking spaces (6) or in the garage (12), both in the hotel for a fee.
SERVICES FOR DISABLED PEOPLE: entrance on the ground floor with inclined ramp, compliant lift, rooms with space to maneuver in a chair, bathroom with accessible shower and special chair.
PETS: pets of all sizes allowed free of charge, affiliated groomer, pet friendly beach. Upon request: vet and dog sitter.

BEACH
The residence has an agreement with Stefano beach n. 50-51, equipped with an area for dogs, entertainment, events, group dances and mini club.
