The hotel is located in Rivazzurra di Rimini, in a side street of the seafront. The equipped beach can be reached with a 4-minute walk. From the hotel, thanks to bus line n.11, you can also easily reach the center of Rimini and Riccione. The Fiabilandia theme park is a 10-minute walk away.

The rooms are equipped with balcony, air conditioning, 28" TV, 100 Mbit/s fiber Wi-Fi connection, direct dial telephone, safe, private bathroom with shower cubicle, hairdryer, courtesy set. In the hotel there are 47 Standard rooms and 21 rooms Superior (recently renovated include minibar). Hairdryer available with deposit.

Two swimming pools, a small one dedicated to children and a large one for adults, solarium area, free use of bicycles, open-air porch, 24-hour reception with plexiglass between staff and guests, bar, lift, fitness room with equipment, late check out service on request. In the summer the staff organizes entertainment evenings with dances, games, music and karaoke.
PARKING: 30 uncovered spaces, 10 of which in a secure car park 500 m away; the rest are located in the hotel. Free public parking (Parco Pertini) 200 m from the property.
PETS: small pets allowed free, pet friendly beach.
FOOD
BREAKFAST: sweet and savory buffet served with homemade cakes, fruit juices, yogurt, croissants, jams and cured meats.
LUNCH AND DINNER: you can choose between three first courses and three second courses with specialties from local cuisine, including lasagne, passatelli, fried fish, shrimp, piadina. Each meal is accompanied by a vegetable buffet; sweets every night.
CHANGES: dishes for intolerants and personalized gluten-free menus for vegans and vegetarians are available on request.
OTHER: in the months of June, July and August the staff organizes typical local dinners. Furthermore, it is possible to request a packed lunch.

In the hotel garden there are two swimming pools, a small one dedicated to children and a larger one with a diving board. The area is covered by Wi-Fi and has sun loungers.

The hotel has an agreement with Bagno n.108 and Bagno n.109 equipped with a fenced playground area for children, sports fields for beach volleyball and beach tennis, hot showers, entertainment and relaxation area.
