The hotel is located in Rivazzurra, a southern hamlet of Rimini, a minute's walk from the beach. The location is convenient for visiting Fiabilandia, which can also be reached on foot in about ten minutes. The area is well connected to the railway station and the historic center of Rimini by the Metromare in about twenty minutes.

The rooms have a balcony, air conditioning, high-speed fiber WI-FI, satellite TV, safe, telephone, private bathroom with shower (box or open shower), hairdryer and courtesy set. Minibar on request for a fee.
