DESCRIPTION

The L&V Hotel is made up of a central core and an annex. Equipped for disabled guests, it has numerous services such as parking and services for children. It accepts pets of all sizes.

LOCATION

The hotel is located in Rivabella, a small hamlet north of Rimini, facing the sea: to reach the beach just cross the seafront road. The area is well connected to the fair, the historic center and the city's train station by public transport.

The rooms are all equipped with orthopedic beds, air conditioning, telephone, TV, safe, 100 Mbit/s fiber Wi-Fi, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The Oriana and Oriana Panoramica rooms are located in the annex. Balcony and sea view are available on request.

SERVICES

The L&V Hotel is made up of a central nucleus with a restaurant and reception room and the Oriana annex, with an independent entrance and no lift. The latter has a living room with a large screen and a reading corner. For all guests: veranda, always open bar, reading room, themed evenings. Possibility of bicycle rental.
PARKING: uncovered, available on request.
WI-FI: 100 Mbit/s fibre, available throughout the property.
AIR CONDITIONING: free also in the room.
AGREEMENTS: beach, organised excursions on request.
