The Residence Ambra in Riccione is a recently renovated family-run structure. Located near the beach and dedicated exclusively to families, it offers various types of apartments capable of hosting up to 5 people and equipped with every comfort, including a private washing machine. It admits small and medium-sized pets free of charge.
LOCATION
The residence is located in Riccione in a quiet area 5 minutes walk from the spa and the Perle d'Acqua water park. The beach can be reached in 3 minutes on foot, Viale Ceccarini in 15 minutes on foot or 8 by bus. The area, in fact, is well served by public transport, which connects it to the Riccione train station (12 minutes by bus no. 124, 15 on foot) and to neighboring towns such as Misano Adriatico (20 minutes by bus no. 125).
APARTMENTS
All apartments have at least one balcony and are equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV with Sky channels, Wi-Fi, safe, telephone, bathroom with shower cubicle and hairdryer. The kitchen is complete with appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave. Included are a midweek tidying up of the apartment, final cleaning and a weekly supply of bed, bathroom and kitchen linen, also including a bathrobe and beach towel. Upon request and for a fee: daily cleaning and additional change of linen, beach towel and bathrobe.
DOUBLE: apartments sharing the presence of a single double bedroom and one or more sofa beds. They can accommodate 3 people (Turquoise), 4 (Amber) or 5 (Aquamarine, Topaz and Jade). The latter have two bathrooms.
DOUBLE ROOM + BEDROOM: solutions composed of a double bedroom and a single bedroom. Corallo can accommodate 4 people, has 2 bathrooms and 3 small balconies; Perla can accommodate 5 people, has only one bathroom and a tiled courtyard.
TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS: they can accommodate up to 5 people, they are equipped with 2 bathrooms, 2 double bedrooms and at least 2 small balconies. They are called Emerald, Sapphire and Ruby.
SERVICES
Some bicycles for common use are available to guests, as well as luggage storage, a lift and the possibility of late check out subject to availability. For a fee: bicycle for exclusive use, beach towel, laundry service. Agreements available with Riccione Thermal Baths and Perle d'Acqua Park.
PARKING: inside the structure there are 12 free and monitored spaces and 3 paid garages, while there are 2 reserved spaces on the street. Alternatively, paid outdoor parking 50 m from the hotel or covered 100 m.
BIKE HOTEL: maps and routes are available, closed bike room, workshop for small maintenance, laundry for technical clothing. The structure has an agreement with a racing bike and MTB rental service.
DISABLED PEOPLE: entrance with lifting platform, standard lift, ground floor apartments wheelchair accessible and with room to manoeuvre, bathroom with wheelchair accessible shower.
PETS: small and medium-sized pets allowed free of charge; walkway at 100 m.
CHILDREN
In residence: strollers, children's bicycles, child seats for adult bicycles.
In the apartment: cots, safety rails, high chairs, baby bath tub.
BEACH
The structure has an agreement with Bagno n.51, beaches equipped with a bocce courts, beach volleyball and beach tennis court, children's playground area. The beach adopts ecological solutions: photovoltaic system, solar panels to heat the water and much more.
