DESCRIPTION

LOCATION

The property is located in Riccione in an internal street, a 5-minute walk from the beach and the spa. To reach the center and Viale Ceccarini it takes about 15 minutes on foot.

ROOMS

Balcony in 22 rooms, air conditioning, 100 Mbit/s fiber, satellite TV, safe, telephone, private bathroom with hairdryer and shower cubicle. For a fee: room service.
FAMILY ROOM: 22 to 24 m2 large, with unstocked minibar; some have a double bedroom plus a bedroom with a bunk bed, others consist of a double bedroom communicating with a small bedroom with a bunk sofa bed.
SUPERIOR COMFORT: they can be double, triple or quadruple. They have all the services listed above, an unstocked minibar and are elegantly furnished. The triple and quadruple rooms are equipped with a bunk sofa bed.
ECONOMY: adjacent to the solarium floor, they measure 16 m2 and do not have a balcony. Some do not have a shower cubicle.
SINGLE: with shower cubicle and new furnishings.

SERVICES

Veranda, terrace, solarium area, free use of bicycles, bar and reception open 24 hours a day, lift, newspapers in the hall, luggage storage, night porter, themed evenings, late check out subject to availability.

The Hotel has an agreement with Bagni n. 46-47 (with gym, chiringuito, entertainment, sports fields and pet area), n. 50 (with equipped gym, play area, sports fields, entertainment and sports activities) and n. 51 (with gym, beach volleyball and beach tennis courts, children's play area, babysitter, entertainment, pedal boat rental, bicycles available). Beach no. 46 is also equipped with a swimming pool accessible for a fee, with heated water, 72 m2 wide and 120 cm deep. Next to it, there is also a 15 m2 children's pool with shallow water (60 cm).
