The hotel is located in Riccione in the Alba area, a couple of minutes walk from the beach and not far from the canal port area and the dock, both less than a 20 minute walk away.

PARKING: reserved and fenced parking at 300 m (€8 per day minimum, 7 days; €10 per day on weekends); alternatively, there is free public parking 50 m from the property.

AGREEMENTS: beach, amusement parks (Beach Village), waterslides, discos, swimming pool (Bagno n.119 and Beach Village). Excursions are organized on request.
SERVICES FOR DISABLED PEOPLE: the structure has an entrance on the ground floor with ramp, compliant lift, accessible rooms with wheelchair maneuvering space, bathrooms with accessible shower and special shower chair without handles (in one room).
PETS: small and medium-sized pets allowed (up to a maximum of 20 kg) at a cost of €35 for the final cleaning of the room, pet friendly beach. Upon request: possibility of access to the dining room and vet (for a fee).
FOOD
BREAKFAST: sweet and savory buffet, with bread, butter, jam, yogurt, fresh fruit, croissants and homemade desserts, as well as cold cuts and cheeses.
LUNCH AND DINNER: 2 choice menus with meat and fish every day and possible variations, always followed by a buffet of appetizers and vegetables. Water and wine included in all treatments.
CHANGES: vegetarian menus are also prepared on request.
OTHER: one evening a week typical local dinner based on piadina and local dishes. Furthermore, it is possible to request a packed lunch.

The hotel has an agreement with the Bagni Luciano bathing establishment n.119, equipped with a swimming pool with variable heights also suitable for children, fitness area, gym, five-a-side football pitches, bowls and beach volleyball courts. There is no shortage of ping-pong and table football tables, as well as sunbeds, beach umbrella and hot showers. The little ones will have baby clubs and babysitters at their disposal, as well as games, changing tables and baby parties. The hotel also offers free entry to the Beach Village water park, reachable by shuttle service and equipped with swimming pools, bar, kids' club, entertainment and water aerobics.
