LUNCH AND DINNER: 3 choice menus (meat, fish and vegetarian), buffet of vegetables and side dishes, as well as fresh seasonal fruit and a dessert. The dishes are carefully prepared according to traditional Romagna recipes, sometimes reinterpreted in a contemporary key.
CHANGES: vegetarian menus, for intolerants on request.
