LOCATION
The hotel is located in Riccione in the front row on the city's cycle-pedestrian promenade. The beach can be reached on foot in a few seconds without having to cross roads and the Riccione spa is just a couple of minutes away on foot. The center can be reached with a walk of less than 15 minutes or by public transport, whose stops are just a few steps from the hotel.
ROOMS
All rooms have a sea view (mostly frontal) and have a design with attention to detail. They have individually controlled air conditioning, bathroom with hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, courtesy set, satellite and digital terrestrial TV (Smart TV available on request), 200 Mbit/s fiber Wi-Fi, telephone and safe. They also have a bathrobe, kettle and clothesline.
MAR DI FLORES: standard rooms, economical and informal solution.
ADRIATIC SEA: rooms with sea view balcony and standard services.
MAR DEI CORALLI: seafront rooms, standard services plus water and wine on tap with meals, water and soft drinks in the minibar, coffee drinks at the bar (coffee, cappuccinos, chocolate, milk, tea and herbal teas), beach towel, beach service with umbrella and sunbed.
SKY ROOM: located on the seventh floor of the structure, they offer panoramic sea views, modern environments, comfortable beds with memory foam toppers and TVs with all the Sky channels. Bathroom renovated in 2024.

There is no shortage of beach volleyball courts, table football and ping-pong table.
