A rich buffet of vegetables, delicacies, fruit, cheeses, and more is also available. All desserts are homemade with fresh ingredients.
CHANGES : For lunch and dinner, the entire menu is also available in a gluten-free version, with fresh pasta, bread, pizza, and piadina prepared by hand to ensure maximum freshness and safety (the hotel is a member of the AIC (Italian Celiac Association) network). Breakfast also features a dedicated buffet with homemade cakes, pastries, and biscuits, for a sweet start to the day.

The hotel has a special agreement with Bagno Orchidea 129, located directly across from Hotel Carlo and accessible directly from the hotel. Given the large spaces available, each umbrella can enjoy almost 30 square meters of beach. The beach club is equipped with sports fields (beach volleyball, basketball, bocce), nursery and children's services, entertainment, and gentle gymnastics classes.
