The property is located directly on the private beach, to which it has direct access without roads to cross. Behind it is the quiet area of the Anello del Pino and not far from the center of Milano Marittima, reachable on foot in about 15 minutes or with the evening train active from June to the end of August.

EXECUTIVE: large and available in different sizes, for couples and families, located on the middle floors of the hotel. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle and hairdryer.
PENTHOUSE/PENTHOUSE PLUS: comfortable rooms with large terrace overlooking the sea and new furniture. The Plus rooms have a large hydromassage tub in the bathroom as well as a shower cubicle and hairdryer.
FAMILY: two connecting rooms, each with a balcony overlooking the sea and a bathroom with shower.
