JUNIOR SUITE: born from the union of two rooms and can accommodate up to 4 people.
SUITES: consist of an entrance/living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom. They can accommodate up to 4 people. Included: bathrobes and slippers.
ROOM FOR DISABLED PEOPLE: they have a bathroom with shower over the toilet, higher sanitary ware, grab bars, accessible shower.

PARKING: 16 uncovered parking spaces inside the property, for a fee. Alternatively, 2 outdoor car parks with video surveillance with charging station for electric cars, one at 200 m with 8 spaces and one at 400 meters with 10 spaces.
WI-FI: 200 Mbit/s fiber throughout the structure.
AIR CONDITIONING: both in the common areas and in the rooms.
AGREEMENTS: beach, Mirabilandia, Terme di Cervia and Terme del Mare (Cervia), organized excursions, organized evening tours (historical and cultural walks). There are also active agreements with piadinerias, pizzerias and restaurants in the area.

All partner bathrooms are equipped with a bar and restaurant.
