The residence is located in Cattolica in the central area less than 5 minutes walk from the beach.
APARTMENTS
Two-room and three-room apartments are available and can accommodate up to 6 people. All apartments are simply furnished and equipped with a 32" color TV, free Wi-Fi, bed and bathroom linen changed weekly. They are composed of a living room with sofa bed, kitchen with kitchenette (complete with stainless steel hob four burner stove, utensils, crockery, fridge with freezer and microwave oven), bathroom with shower cubicle and hairdryer, equipped balcony, one or two bedrooms. For children the following are available: high chairs, cots for a fee (free only for special conditions), pediatrician on request.

Private and fenced courtyard where you can park strollers and bicycles, luggage storage, coin-operated washing machine, ironing board.
PARKING: 11 covered spaces 400 m from the hotel, to which are added another 3 uncovered spaces in the hotel. Paid public parking in the immediate vicinity.

The structure has an agreement with Bagno n.62 "I delfini Beach Village", equipped with a playground, mini club, gym, swimming pools, entertainment, bar restaurant with panoramic terrace.
