Description, location and services

Residence Ascot is centrally located, on the edge of the pedestrian area. Just cross the street and you're on the beach! It offers a variety of apartments in a refined and elegant atmosphere. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, parking, air conditioning, bed linens and towels, and large balconies furnished with tables and chairs. The residence is managed directly by the owners and offers a spacious reception, a coin-operated laundry, and Wi-Fi in all apartments. Small pets are welcome.

POSITION

The property is located just steps from the central Via Carducci and close to Cattolica beach. A 5-minute walk takes you to the Fontana della Sirena, Cattolica's tourist center.
