The hotel is very close to the sea (50 meters): it is located a few steps from the Cattolica seafront, in an internal, quiet, quiet and central street. The pedestrian boulevard, the center and the shopping streets are located in the immediate vicinity.

MONA LISA: they are located on the attic floor and have a terrace with sea or panoramic view with sun loungers, chairs and tables, bathrobe, minibar with complimentary mineral water and use of beach towels. They are also available in Family and communicating versions, for large families. Coffee at the bar included.
ROOMS FOR DISABLED PEOPLE: two rooms for a maximum of 5 people each equipped and with dimensions necessary for the maneuvering space of the wheelchair, bathrooms with grab bars and spacious, floor-level shower cubicles.
FAMILY: Family and connecting rooms are available.

Outdoor swimming pool with relaxation area equipped with sunbeds and beach umbrella, solarium terrace with panoramic view, bar, living room with tables and 50" LCD TV, lift, bicycles also with child seats, strollers. Beach towel on request.

SERVICES FOR DISABLED PEOPLE: the hotel has no architectural barriers, apart from the steps leading to the swimming pool, it has two rooms equipped with movement space and aids, a lift with wide opening doors.
PETS: small pets allowed subject to availability of dedicated rooms, with a supplement of €8 per day for cleaning and sanitizing the room. The affiliated bathing establishments is pet friendly.
FOOD
BREAKFAST: buffet with sweet and savory, tarts, plum cakes and homemade muffins, pancakes, croissants, cereals, fruit juices, eggs, bacon, cheese, cured meats and much more.

LUNCH AND DINNER: meals are served as a buffet (assisted) with fish and meat dishes every day, appetizers, vegetables and salads, fresh fruit, sorbets/desserts.

The associated baths Bagno Flora n.18 and Bagno Carmela n.19 offer guests: mini club in the morning and afternoon (from Monday to Saturday), fenced playground area and nursery space. For adults there is a hydromassage tub, fitness area, relaxation area with hammocks, beach tennis/volleyball sports fields, bowls, table football, table tennis, aquagym and muscle toning lessons. The beach is equipped for disabled people.
