The hotel is located near the beach, which is accessed via a private driveway. It is located in the immediate vicinity of Isola dei Platani, the main street of Bellaria, full of shops, clubs and cafes. The station can be easily reached on foot, in a few minutes.

The rooms are equipped with a balcony, electric shutters with silence frames, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, safe, minibar, bathroom with shower, courtesy set and hairdryer. Breakfast in the room on request.
