LOCATION AND TRANSPORT

The property is located in the countryside of Torano Nuovo, 5 minutes by car from the historic center of the town. The nearest railway station, Alba Adriatica, is 20 minutes away by car, while the A14 motorway exit San Benedetto del Tronto – Ascoli Piceno is approximately 25 minutes away. By car, you can reach Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park in 50 minutes and Pescara Airport in 1 hour and 5 minutes.
