DESCRIPTION

LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
The property is located in Pescara, less than 5 minutes' drive from the airport. Using the car in about 10 minutes you can reach the tourist port and the beach, the historic center, the train station and the Pescara Ovest motorway toll booth.

Smartfit House has five rooms furnished in a modern style and all equipped with smartphone access, air conditioning and heating, desk with LAN socket and Wi-Fi connection, smart TV, safe for PC and tablet, minibar, kettle, private bathroom with shower emotional, hairdryer and professional straightener, green courtesy set.
