To reach the hotel from the Pescara Nord-Città Sant'Angelo exit it takes less than 10 minutes, and from Pescara airport 15 minutes.

The accommodations are distributed between two buildings that make up the structure: the original building houses essential and functional rooms, while the newer one, located in a seafront position, houses the superior accommodations, designed to offer additional comfort. All the accommodations have modern furnishings and are equipped with TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, minibar, telephone, safe and private bathroom with shower, courtesy set and hairdryer. With the exception of the single rooms, all the accommodations have a private balcony, many of which have a sea view.
