The property is located in a seafront location in Giulianova Lido, less than a 15-minute walk from the tourist port. To get to the historic center of Giulianova Alta it takes 10 minutes by bike, or 5 minutes by car. The local station is about 15 minutes away on foot, while both exits from the motorway (Val Vibrata toll booth to the north and Teramo-Giuliano-Mosciano Sant'Angelo toll booth to the south) are about 15 minutes away by car. It takes an hour to travel to Pescara airport.

The accommodations, in some cases in bio-architecture, are characterized by modern furnishings and design details.
