For long-distance trains, the reference station is Giulianova, a 20-minute drive away. Pescara International Airport can be reached in about an hour by car.

The property has two-room, three-room and four-room apartments that can accommodate from 2 to 8 people. All apartments have a balcony, air conditioning, fiber Wi-Fi, Smart TV, safe, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave and moka pot for coffee. Some accommodations offer a sea view. Daily cleaning available on request and change of sheets and linens respectively 1 and 2 times a week.

The residence has an internal garage with video surveillance accessible for a fee and upon reservation. Public paid parking is also available 50 meters away.
