It is about a ten-minute walk from the Torre della Vibrata and less than 20 minutes from the Alba Adriatica-Nereto-Controguerra railway station. It can be reached in 5 minutes by car from the Val Vibrata toll booth (A14) and in about 1 hour from Pescara Airport.

Single, double, triple and quadruple rooms are available. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, balcony, TV, Wi-Fi, safe, empty minibar, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and courtesy set. Most offer a sea view.

The hotel offers uncovered parking in the hotel available upon reservation and for a fee. The swimming pool, located in the garden, is 95 m² large and from 130 to 250 cm deep. Always exposed to the sun and supervised by a lifeguard, it is surrounded by a solarium area with sun loungers, which separates it from a 20-seater hot tub.

Breakfast is a sweet and savory buffet. It is possible to consume main meals at the partner restaurant Chalet Barbanera located next to the private beach.
